Program Options

Agent Au Pair offers the following programs:

One Year Au Pair Program:

Our one-year au pair program combines childcare and cultural exchange. Au pairs apply to come to the US from their home country and are then pre-screened and approved by Agent Au Pair before being introduced to potential host families. Regular program fees apply.

Infant Care Au Pairs:
Infant Care au pairs are qualified to care for infants ages 3 months to 24 months.  Infant Care au pairs have at least 200 hours of verifiable experience caring for children under the age of 2 before being accepted into the program. Regular program fees apply.

Au Pair Extension:

Extension au pairs are already in the country and have a minimum of 6 months left on their program. Most au pairs extend with the same family, but occasionally Extension au pairs are available for placement with a new host family. Extension fees are a percentage of the program fee based on the number of months applicable (the program allows for 6, 9 or 12-month extensions).

Please inquire for more information about the Extension Fees.

Educare Au Pairs:

Educare Au Pairs provide up to 30 hours of childcare per week to host families with school-age children who require care primarily during mornings before school and after school hours with some weekend and evening hours. Educare Au Pairs help children with homework, assist with transportation to and from afterschool program/activities, provide supervision, and act as a role model for older kids.

Au pairs in the Educare program are required to complete 12 semester credits of coursework at an accredited post-secondary institution during their program. Host families participating in the Educare program provide up to $1,000 toward the au pair's education costs.

Repeat Au Pair Program:

Agent Au Pair also offers the option to choose an au pair from our repeat au pair program. The au pairs in the repeat program have successfully completed the one-year au pair program and enjoyed their stay in the USA so much that they want to continue their experience as an au pair – with the same host family or a new one.
