How to get started:

Download the Host Family Application from the website.

Download the Employment Reference and have your employer fill it out. The Employment Reference should show verification that the host family earns sufficient income to support a live-in au pair. One Employment Reference required per family. If both host parents are self-employed, please submit 2 Personal References.

Download the Personal Reference. A Personal Reference should be submitted by a long-time friend or neighbor attesting to the nature of your host family home environment.
Items 1, 2, and 3 should be downloaded, filled in and sent back. The PDF documents are in Auto Fill mode, so you should fill them out save to your hard drive, then email them back to us. Your application will go directly to the placement specialist. The email address to send the forms to is: placement@agentaupair.com
Download the PAF (Payment Authorization Form) and fill out the credit card information (Note: This step does not need to be completed for a waived application fee). Send the completed form via fax it to 415.373.3741 email it to placement@agentaupair.com.
Upon receipt of your application, the placement specialist will forward the Host Family Agreement for your review and signature. Please reveiw, sign and send back.
The local community counselor will contact you directly to set up your In-Home Interview.
Once the placement specialist has your criteria, au pair applications will be made available for your review. The placement specialist will work closely with you during the matching process.
